Feedback Survey

We want to thank everyone who participated in our Feedback Survey this spring! It was such a fun and productive 8-week lesson series, and we’re so happy to see all the “firsts” that were accomplished!

We learned that EVERY SINGLE respondent reported that their child’s skateboarding skills and self-confidence improved as a result of our program! 100% also said that they felt supported and encouraged by the instructors, and that Impact provided a safe environment for learning. All agreed that their kids are interested in continuing skateboarding.

In the section that’s just for the participants, 100% of the kids who responded said that they felt comfortable approaching the instructors for help, and that they can learn ANY trick with enough practice! 83% reported that they felt empowered to help other kids in the class. At least half of respondents said that they made new friends at our program, and that the friendships grew by helping and motivating each other.

We strive to dissolve as many barriers to participation as possible, and are always open to new ways of doing that. We recognize that each child is unique, and no single approach is universal. It’s our aim to accommodate a wide range of personalities, skill levels, and abilities. We appreciate and welcome all feedback, so please don’t be shy about letting us know what you like and suggestions for improvement!

Once again, THANK YOU for taking the time to share your thoughts!

This is Max filling out the feedback survey for the @impactskateclub spring session, because that’s how you do it properly - you ask the kids. Thanks for once again letting the kids know they’re the most important part here!
