Who Can Attend?
Our summer camp programs are for children of all levels of skill and ability, from beginner to advanced, ages 6-14. Scholarships are available to those facing financial barriers to participation—just talk to us!
What Do I Need?
No skateboarding experience is required! A proper skateboard and helmet will be needed, and knee/elbow pads are highly recommended, especially for beginners. If you do not have equipment, we can supply gear to borrow—just ask. You can also check out our Parent FAQ for information on what to buy and where.
What Makes Us Different?
Campers will learn about healthy social skills and emotional well-being through skateboarding, positive ways of dealing with frustration, developing self-esteem/confidence, and inclusivity. Our goal is to build a vibrant community of strong, compassionate, resilient youth who are empowered to change the world for the better!
Programming includes skateboard instruction, off-board lessons (terminology, history, etiquette), sports and games, swimming, a skate video project, and more.
Camp participants thrive by being in a safe, friendly, fun learning environment where they can pursue skateboarding and learn what it has to offer. Beyond just lessons, we promote healthy active lifestyles, and work to foster a sense of community and responsibility through the lens of skateboarding. You can read more about our mission here.
