In March, our monthly donation went to @whiteribboncanada. Today I was able to meet with Kate and Mike and learn more about what they do. In their mission to end gender-based violence, they serve by educating, training, and advocating.
As boys and men, we especially need to understand how our thoughts and language can affect our attitudes and actions. In skateboarding, we are experiencing greater and greater levels of diversity, and we have an amazing opportunity to not only learn and talk about gender equity, but actually walk it out.
Allyship begins with solidarity, and we are proud to support the White Ribbon Campaign.
